Support The Glass Furnace

A call for those who would like to support the glass furnace and give scholarships...

Glass education is an issue of high-cost. Therefore it is a valuable goal for the Glass Furnace Foundation to find resources for students who lack the necessary financial means to participate the courses.

This is why we are calling upon all persons and corporations concerned with education, culture and art, to support students who would like to participate the Glass Furnace but have limited financial means.

As an acknowledgement, there will be many opportunities offered to persons and corporations who grant scholarships:

• Sponsors are entitled to use the "Friend of Glass" emblem of the Glass Furnace Foundation on their products, printed materials, promotional and commercial activities.
• The beneficiary student is going to use the name of the sponsor alongside with his/her signature on all the artworks s/he designed and produced for 2 years after the education.
• The sponsor name is going to appear in the press whenever there are news, bulletins about the beneficiary student and also in the student's resume for 2 years after the education.
• The sponsor name or logo is going to appear on the "Friends of Glass" board at our entrance; on the website of the Glass Furnace; in the notification e-mails concerning the courses the beneficiary student is participating; and at the board during students' exhibitions.
• Furthermore, a "Friend of Glass" plaquette with a glass hand and a work of art of the sponsored student will be presented to the sponsors.

Scholarship opportunities for the students will be announced on the internet and applications will be evaluated by the Glass Furnace.
