Every glass piece we offer you is one of a kind and hand made in our school by world renowned artists. All pieces are signed by the artist and certificated by The Glass Furnace.
For further information about the artist works, you can email us at info@glassfurnace.org or call us during our operation hours, Tuesday to Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Payment

We gladly accept your choice of Visa, Mastercard and money order. E-mailing personal information and credit card details are totaly unsecure and The Glass Furnace will not undertake this responsibility. We accept payments only via our SSL secure payment page or money order to our bank account written below.

Shipping

Shipping costs belong to the customer and may vary depending on the destination, size/weight of the glass piece(s) & box. Shipment can be done according to your request.

Return Policy*

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the piece within 15 days after receiving the package, for a full refund. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from The Glass Furnace unless in the unlikely event of previously undetected defect on the piece.
